The project engages in a dialogue with the existing building through transformation rather than imitation. An organically shaped curtain wall follows the contours of the landscape, while precast concrete panels incorporate reclaimed brick fragments, embedding the site's material memory within a circular design approach. Conceived as a living matrix, the landscape extends the existing tree canopy through a mosaic of native habitats that promote biodiversity, ecological stormwater management, and natural regeneration. The microforest, bioretention areas, and wildlife-supporting features together form an evolving ecosystem in which visitors become both participants in and witnesses to natural processes.
