Surrounded by the Laurentian forest and set into the hillside, the house plays with the natural landscape. The base, as if wedged into the earth, contains the garage, gym, and bedrooms. This is topped with a large horizontal plateau that forms a network of exterior spaces and terraces. Two sculptural roof volumes of identical cross-sections are deposed on the plateau. The main floor features an alternating succession of low compressed spaces and vertiginous vertical ones.
